Elvira
Yoga and Sound Therapy Teacher

Elvira is an adventurer and a passionate enthusiast of life. She once lived what many would call a “perfect life”—a stable job, a car, friends, and a house. But deep within, her soul whispered otherwise: this wasn’t her path, and she wasn’t truly happy.

As with many transformative journeys, a moment of awakening came, shaking her from a long slumber. This pivotal realization forced her to question everything—her beliefs, her needs, and the perfection she once pursued. Anxiety took center stage, throwing her life out of balance. Determined to find peace, Elvira embarked on a journey of self-discovery. Her path led her to India, where she volunteered in Kolkata with Mother Teresa. Her quest took her across countries like Thailand, Singapore, and India. She visited ashrams, trained with local masters, and studied in schools in Spain and London. But it was Nepal that became her second home and the culmination of her travels. There, her journey evolved into an ongoing adventure of self-connection and growth. She began to truly know and listen to herself, embracing what she truly wanted. Elvira left behind the “perfect life” for a raw, imperfect one—the life in its purest form. She believes everything happens for a reason and cherishes the beauty of the unexpected.
